You will lead the Tests Jig Departement as well as the Test Jig Support
Department.

For the Test Jig Department, the candidate will attribute tasks and
projects to his team according to the Company’s priorities. He will
supervise and actively participate in the maintenance and development of
the tests platform. He will also establish test strategies for new
products and be part of the test jig creation.

For the Test Jig Support Department, the candidate is responsible for all
the jigs used in production and make sure of their highest performance.
For this he will have to authorize, plan and follow up all modifications
done on the test jigs. The applicant will need to establish the Test Jig
Support team’s priorities in accordance with all projects of the Test Jig
Team.

The Test Jig Team Leader also performs some administrative tasks. Perform
annual evaluations for both teams as well as offer his support and
solutions for any problems. He will inspire and motivate his teams and
maintain a dynamic team spirit oriented on confidence, communication,
creativity and a team work environment.

Requirements:

- BAC or DEC in Electronics
- Minimum of 5 years experience in programming C/C++
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Electronics engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in test jig environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience Projects and/or Personnel Management
- Knowledge of OrCad Capture, Layout and Pads Softwares (asset)
- Able to manage several projects simultaneously
- Bilingual; French/English; both spoken and written
- High aptitudes in interpersonal skills and team work.
